Cloud 9 makes it easy to create your own nutritious, delicious granola bars at home. Use these recipes to make quick, gluten-free granola bars for when you’re on the go, or let each family member create their own special variation. Just add dried fruit, nuts, or anything you can dream up! You can even make your own breakfast granola, include it in dessert recipes, or add it raw to your protein smoothie.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and toast Super Seed Granola Bar Mix on a baking sheet for 8-12 minutes, until slightly golden.
To add 1/2 cup of dried fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips, reduce the Granola Bar Mix from 2 to 1 3/4 cups.
To make parfaits – place small amount of granola in the bottom of a glass. Add a layer of Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of your favorite fruit preserve, compote, or frozen fruit (thaw fruit before serving). Spoon in another layer of Greek yogurt, and top with a sprinkling of granola. Serve chilled.
